DS200RTBAG2AFB is a dedicated relay expansion terminal board (RTBA) of GE Mark V DS200 series control hardware, used to expand the limited relay output channels of the DSPC main control board. It is installed inside the turbine control cabinet, powered by 24VDC cabinet auxiliary power, and receives control commands from the Mark V main system via two internal connectors (16-pin signal harness + 2-pin power supply). The board integrates 10 independent pluggable relays divided into two specifications: 1. K20–K26 (7pcs): DPDT double-pole double-throw Form-C contacts, 10A @ 250VAC resistive load 2. K27–K29 (3pcs): 4PDT four-pole double-throw Form-C contacts, 1A contact rating All relay coils are 110VDC rated, each contact circuit is equipped with 130VAC MOV metal oxide varistor surge suppression to absorb switching surge and protect field wiring loops.
